The Distillery Lane Ciderworks processing plant, the "Cider Barn", opened in August 2008. We produce all of our cider, which is sold at our farm and through South Mountain Creamery, a local dairy. The dairy receives our juice in bulk, pasteurizes, and bottles it in 1/2 gallon glass bottles which are available for home delivery (see: www.southmountaincreamery.com) or at their store in neighboring Middletown, Maryland.

culture-blend our cider to balance sweetness, tartness, and acidity.
Each batch is unique because of the apples that go into the mix. We
are positive that you'll agree that we produce some of the country's
best cider once you've tasted an ice cold glass of our Sweet Coppin blended with Roxbury Russet and Newton Pippin's. Call us for information on varieties and pricing.

you have your own apples and are interested in having them
custom-pressed please call to ask about this service. (We cannot
custom press cider for resale).
