The 2000+ trees in our orchard were custom-crafted and planted in 2002. We selected our trees because of their extremely high consumer ratings in three important categories: fresh eating, baking, and cider making. You'll find that eating a variety such as Liberty, a semi tart crisp variety, or baking with Bramley's Seedling, an American classic, really does make all the difference.

| For you hard cider enthusiasts, we have a large selection of European cider apples, including Kingston Black, Bulmer's Norman, and Tremlett's Bitter. Also, we have adopted a very low-spray style of treating the trees, known as integrated pest management (IPM). While some of our apples may have a few extra harmless spots, they were not treated with nearly the same amount of chemicals as mass produced apples.

Listed below are a few of our 30 varieties, in rough order of ripening:
In August and September, you can count on the availability of: Gravenstein (excellent for pies), Jefferies (sweet), and Bulmer's Norman (exclusively cider).
In the late fall, we have Goldrush (similar to the Granny Smith), and Liberty (a semi tart farmer's favorite).
In the months in between, we have many unique choices, with ripening schedules dependent on spring and summer weather, rainfall, and other forces of nature.
A few of our other varieties include:
Fortune
Freedom
Splendour
Summer Rambo
Arkansas Black
Pittsmaston Pineapple
Maiden Blush
Blue Permain
Miller red (how could we not plant a few)
